Do I need to be in Marbella to start a conversation?
No. A substantial share of our clients engage us from abroad — the first consultation is typically by video call or phone. We routinely close transactions for clients who have never set foot in Spain, via a carefully structured power of attorney.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No. Initial consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. We treat them as a chance to understand your brief, share an honest read of the market, and determine whether there is a fit worth building on.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Every enquiry is handled in strict confidence. For sensitive mandates — off-market sourcing, celebrity and public-figure transactions, family-office acquisitions — we operate under non-disclosure from the first conversation onwards.
Which neighbourhoods do you cover?
We cover the full Costa del Sol, with particular depth in the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca & Cascada de Camoján, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, La Zagaleta, El Madroñal, San Pedro, and East Marbella. For mandates outside these neighbourhoods, we work with trusted partners.
Can you represent me if I am also speaking to another agent?
