Villa Aloha is the rare Sierra Blanca villa where the architecture and the plot were designed in concert. A single-storey pavilion residence — six bedrooms, seven bathrooms — organised around a central garden and an infinity pool oriented to the sea.
The kitchen is by Bulthaup. The flooring is book-matched Carrara. The glazing is full-height, frameless, and retractable, so the living pavilion opens completely onto the terrace in summer.
Architecture & grounds
Set on 3,100 sqm of landscaped grounds with mature palms, cypress, and olive trees. A discreet automatic driveway leads past the staff entrance to a covered arrival court. The guest bungalow, pool house, and main pavilion are arranged as three separate volumes linked by covered walkways.
Ceiling heights throughout the principal rooms are 3.6 metres. The primary suite occupies an entire wing with a private terrace, walk-through dressing room, and a marble bathroom with a freestanding bath looking onto the sea.
